Hi my Ginger passed over the rainbow bridge in this day last year he was 8 years, three weeks and one day old. I realised i never made a thread for him. I had him from a newborn he was one of four babies (2 girls and 2 boys). Sadly only him and his sister Hazel Nut survived to adulthood. Ginger's sister Hazel died in March this year and their mum was called Sandie and she passed in 2006. Ginger and his siblings were an unexpected surprise as we never knew Sandie was pregnant. She gave birth two weeks after we bought her from the pet shop. Ginger was my favourite, he was so friendly to people loved to climb on you and also got on great with other Chipmunks never caused fights. He loved his wheel and run in it every day. He also loved to sunbathe. Ginger was a Cinnamon Chipmunk and he sired two litters which sadly didn't survive in 2003. He loved to run around the front room with his sister but would return to his cage on his own to run in the wheel. He was my oldest ever male Chipmunk and i will always miss him and he won't ever be forgotten . Rest in peace Ginge.
Going through pics of him and writing this memorial made me sad again, i won't ever forget him he will always be my special boy, i don't really have many good pics. I have included the ones i think are the best. I can't believe a year has gone since he died.
