Help topic for hand rearing
« on: July 05, 2010, 10:43:16 AM »
 hello all you dutiful persons who hand reared this year I have a request for you a task if you may.
I am wondering if for the benefit of others who may have to do it you could recall and recount your adventures in this topic ???
I know you have all mentioned what when where etc. but there is no one place that mentions the how; the nuts and bolts of the operation.
Ideally I am thinking in terms of a recipe book layout with a list of ALL ingredients needed; milk(type/amount) bedding tools (bottles feeders cotton buds)
Also where to get all these things
Also a detailed account of how to feed, how to burp how to change nappies so that anyone who finds themselves in this predicament may come here without waiting for someone to answer questions in case of emergency.
I expect you all had different methods so as many as possible would be great for comparison and maybe help those who are tentative to try if needs be.
It may also be a good idea If the boss is willing to pin this to the top of the board if possible or move a link to it on the front pages.
Just a thought for you........ :hello: :hello: :hello:
