Self explanatory question really.

If you've got indoor chips, what is the latest you can move them outside without it being detrimental to their health over Winter ?

It may depend on how early the cold weather sets in Karen.
They have to build up on protein and develop their winter coats in time for chilly nights. I would have thought mid August really. That could allow them about a month or so before Autumn starts. Mine has been stocking up his burrow all summer as well.
Was they going to be out in the cold all night or in a well sheltered /insulated home?
I still don't think I would risk it even though the weather is quite mild at the moment. It could change next week lol  :dontknow:
Do you need to move them?
