The babies are Eight weeks old today. They are growing up so fast, can't believe they are now independant. They are loving the wheel, poor Asriel doesn't get much chance to use it as the babies are always in it and if he does go in it the babies follow. Two try and run at once and sometimes three get in as once, reminds me of Sandie's babies 

Isabella is less nervous of me now when i go in the aviary and she climbed on me, at one point i had three at once, but Ronald-Harry is still hiding, he did briefly come out to have some pear but only very quickly but i suppose that is progress.. It was a nice sunny day so all seven were out so he is still ok.

Sound like Ronald-Harry is like his grand-dad he is hiding all the time.
They all look great.
Would like to ask how is Asriel getting on with the babies and mum?
I would like to put mine together but I am too scared to do it in case Squidgy attacks Gubey.
Is Hermione ok with Asriel being there with them?

Hi Pinkpill, there is a pink spot on Blossom's head still but Isabella and Lottie are colourless. I can tell both girls apart now as Lottie is the smallest and Isabella is the biggest of the sisters. Ronald-Harry is the biggest of all four and because of his nervous behaviour i can recognise him that way.

Yes he is very nervous, he is getting better today he was sat high up on the shelf watching for quite some time, as long as i sit quietly he is quite happy. He also came to the floor to get a piece of food quickly and then take it up the shelf.
It seems they are all getting on ok, there has been a few incidents as i noticed Asriel has a scratch by his eye and Lottie some fur missing above the nose. I didn't see it happen so not sure who was responsible. Today they were all quite happy sitting together. Asriel does keep away from Hermione which probably helps as Hermione can get a bit confrountational if he gets too near. So far i can say it is working having them all together.

Our Beaphar Xtra Vital Chipmunk food has arrived, ordered it off the internet. Just gave them a small bit mixed in with the Pets at Home Museli so they can get used to it but hopefully we will buy Beaphar from now on. The Chipmunks seemed to like it. It was quite a warm day so the Chipmunks were mainly sitting around, Abigail, Bailey and Asriel did some sunbatheing but eventually got too hot so moved to the shade. As soon as i changed their water bottles most of them wanted to drink the cool water. Abigail seemed to be suffering from the heat and was drinking alot of water.

and all please do try some frozen sweetcorn, peas n sweet peppers on these hot days they really do keep ur chippies cool

Thanks Pinkpill, i did get some bell peppers (are they the same) but haven't tried them yet. I have them in the fridge at the moment, should they go in the freezer? I have corn on the cobs in the freezer. we always have peas i have given cooked ones before but never frozen.

Will try them and let you know if they like them

bell peppers are the ones  no need to keep them in the freezer its just that i buy sliced frozen ones for convenience and same with peas always av a bag in the freezer plus mine seem to like crunching them and they look hilarious when the fill their cheeks with them  i often wonder if they do it to keep cool too aswell as storage  but the peas n sweetcorn goes down great even with my goos n my hammies go mental for em  n if anyone has rabbits or guinea pigs all 3 frozen veg goes down well with them too plus icy cold cucumber too but dont freeze that or it'll go too mush

Got two little girls today from Martyn here is a pic of them, they seem to be settling well, were out exploring after 10 minutes after being put in the cage and they have had some water and food

My Manchy is fine at the moment. Squidgy has left her alone for the last few days so we hope it was just a bad day.

Thanks Judy, with the two new girls that makes eleven now - the girls are from two different litters but getting on well, both ten weeks old. Babies are doing great. Glad Manchy is doing well and that Squidgy is being nice to her, hoping they will be good friends 

Hermione's babies are nine weeks old today and i tried red peppers and a pool, it was very hot the temperature was 28c. Only Abigail tried a bit of pepper, the others all went for the grapes and cherry tomatoes. Bailey and Abigail did not get in the tray of water i put down at all. Abigail had a drink but she wasn't going to go any close than that lol. Bailey went and fished out the monkey nuts and he did it without getting wet or falling in, apart from his paws and the tip of his tail. Asriel fell in and got completly soaked and then got muddy as he rolled around in the bark to dry himself. Hermione jumped in and also got very wet and then she also got muddy burying herself in the bark chips. The babies didn't get too close. Hermione didn't mind dipping her feet in to grab the floating monkey nuts.
