As long as they put weight on then its a good weight for them.....I've never weighed mine but I do check for the milk band in the first couple of weeks...

mega cute! i used to weigh mine but just for fun so cant remember what they weighed but i'm sure urs are doing fine

I can't seem to see it on them but maybe they aren't pinkies anymore. I weighed all the babies today. The boy baby is being adventurous his already crawling around more than the others but they all move more, it was difficult getting them to stay still on the scales so weights are approximate.

Weights and length of baby including tail -
Baby boy about 18g and he is 12 1/2 cm long.
Baby girl 1 is about 16g and 12 1/2 cm long
Baby girl 2 is about 14g and is 12cm long
Baby girl 3 is about 16g and 12 cm long.

I had such a scare today when i went to get the babies out the nest they were buried in the bedding and when i started disturbing them they were jumping and chattering like Dayle has shown me before in a video but as i got them out i could only see three. I began to panic thinking one girl was gone and took the nest apart but couldn't find her. I then went through the wood shavings and there she was not far from the nest but when i picked her up she was cold. The other three were warm. I held her in my hands to try and warm her up but she wasn't much warmer so then i wrapped her up on a hot water bottle and thankfully she started to warm up. Once i felt she was warm enough i put in with Hermione to have a feed before the rest of the babies went back in. I just hope she will be ok. It seems she must have crawled out of the nestbox through the hole Hermione uses to leave and enter and i didn't know when she had last fed. Once she was warm she was moving around alot. Fingers crossed for her. The babies have faint stripes now.

Video from earlier, just uploaded. Baby i am holding is the one who was feeling cold. I checked on them half an hour ago well just listened, Hermione was out having a bit to eat but they were moving around lots in the box. Haven't seen any more outside the nest.

Jenny, they are gorgeous and I don't mind saying I'm a little bit jealous.

Thanks Barry, congratulations by the way. It has been great seeing them grow up, ofcourse when they are pinkies they are very vunerable now they have fur they have a greater chance of survival.

Thanks Barry, when you take pics as up close as that and look at the tiny details you really appreciate the babies even more than before, seeing these details is amazing, the tiny claws on tiny feet, tiny whiskers and all the individual hairs of the tail. I spent ages looking at the individual hairs on the body aswell, the tummy is quite pink still doesn't have as much fur yet. The pics are print screens from a video recording on dad's camcorder, my digital camera could not take such up close pics without them being blurred.

A video from earlier of the babies jumping and chattering in the nest, they do this now when they are disturbed started a few days ago, it sounds like they are quite angry. They dont squeak much anymore.

Babies 18 days old, all have teeth now which are just tiny, felt boys teeth on my hand i guess he is trying out his teeth but it didn't hurt too much i don't think he knows how to use them yet to bite. The bellys are getting fur now. Stripes may be slightly darker but one girl has lighter stripes at the moment but hers may darken too. Their ears stand up, my mum noticed that.

The boy is 13 1/2 cm long
Two girls are 13 1/2 cm long
Girl three is 13 cm long.
